I was just wanting to see what other people's experiences are of receiving parcels through Royal Mail at the moment.
I ordered a couple of items last week. One of these has been with my local depot it looks like since Friday. It was sent to me 1st class tracked.
The tracking info just says there will be no update until it has been delivered. It has been like that since last Friday.
I understand they must be really struggling at the moment. I just wondered if other people are having similar waits for items or weather my item is possibly lost. I don't want to ring the call centre as I know they are really busy and understaffed.
