Does anyone know if there is a graph showing the daily admissions for the UK?

They show one everyday on the daily briefing.

Worldometers.info has pretty comprehensive stats.

If your after actual admissions/beds occupied though I’m not sure where you might find that.

This is the critical care graph which I took from the BBC website. If you dig around there you might find the general hospital admissions too.
