Asda priority delivery

I been on the phone a hour and a half as was told to ring this number to set up priority delivery for those who been told to sheild for 12 weeks and concerned that no one is actually going to answer I been on hold over a hour and a half has anyone actually got through?

Which number are you dialing please? Whenever I try to phone I get told they can’t assist me further then get cut off

08000281966 however they not accepting any more calls ring 9 in the morning but I was on hold 3hrs just to warn you.

Glad you finally got through. I was hoping for a different number, as we are not in England (seemingly the other countries in the U.K. don’t count, despite receiving several shielding letters) they are “unable to help”.
I think I will write to them, it might be quicker!

That's what I was told as I live in Wales but just got a email of tesco for priority delivery owing to having to sheild so check with tesco.

@Theodoreb did Asda put you on the priority list?
I’ve just got through to them (in record time) and he’s saying because The Welsh government haven’t supplied Asda with the list of names he can’t put our account down for priority.

Yes I'm on asda priority list I don't know how I got on there just got a email offering me to book a priority slot.
