How long for isolation note to arrive?

I had to request an isolation note earlier via phone. It hasnt arrived yet. Can anyone tell me how long theirs took to arrive?

Did you have to do it by phone? I got one from the nhs website that was emailed instantly to me.

Apparently you have to do it by phone for an under 5.

Paintforkitchen, can you link to where on the website you can do this? I can't find it for love nor money! I'm not sure that I am vulnerable, but dh thinks I am.

I've literally just received a text from the government to say I'm vulnerable and need to remain at home for 12 weeks. I should get a letter soon to confirm this. I had a blood cancer 12 years ago and genuinely didn't realise I was still at risk. I've been doing our shopping once a week and taking the dogs out every day. It might be worth ringing your surgery to see if you are on their vulnerable person list as there is obviously a delay in sending these letters out.
