Sore throat help

Woken up with a horrid sore throat today. No other symptoms. Am completely freaking out that I have it and will die. I'm 31 but my BMI is 27.

My hay fever is mad right now - cherry blossom! I think people are so worried about coronavirus that we are forgetting about normal coughs, colds and so on. I teach, and it is guaranteed I get a rotten cold every single holiday.
