My neighbour has her family (children and grandchildren) visiting at least a couple of times a week. I have also seen her going for walks with her daughter who doesn't live in the household. They walk 2m apart while near the house but as soon as they turn onto another road they walk together. She is constantly coming and going so who knows how many people she is coming into contact with each day - added to the numerous people her family are likely to be coming into contact with given their lack of adherence to the rules. This selfishness makes me want to cry.
Would you do anything about this? And what?
