Bike rides

So, if someone goes on a 30, 40, 50+ bike ride, what explicit reasons can I give for why they can't do it?

Just for clarity, I don't think it should happen. But when challenged, people say there is no contact, routes are quiet etc. Just wondering how to respond to this.

@Quartz2208

How on earth does spending 2 or 3 hours cycling on quite lanes, on your own, contributing to the spread of Cv-19 ???? unless you think the disease is airborne, which it isn't.
Staying fit and active, puts anyone in great shape to be able to survive this virus at home, without straining the NHS, the fat and sedentary are at far greater risk of needing hospital care.

Dr Hilary isn't the govt and doesn't make the rules or guidelines and nowhere in those guidelines is any limit mentioned
"Go outside only for food, medicines or to exercise" just listened to the Govt message now.
