I’ve had ptsd and been poorly with anxiety and depression for the past couple of years which has been debilitating and exhausting. I’m doing a lot better but get very panicky in the evenings. I’m also wfh full time but currently off for 3 weeks.

We’ve just got Netflix, Disney plus and Now Tv (our little lockdown treat as we’ve never had a lot of channels before). Can you please suggest series for me to watch a) with dh and b) with teenage dc. I like fantasy adventure stuff and ‘who done it?’ murder mystery series but nothing too scary or gory. There are too many to choose from!

Also any sky cinema film suggestions? I’m quite excited which is great after a year of not feeling much positive!

Thanks

Well for a very easy watch love is blind was addictive for me! On Netflix
Disney is just fab all the old and new films to watch as a family.
Netflix series:
Power ( no kids)!
Ozarch - probably spelt it wrong
I watched bad moms Christmas that was funny if you want a laugh

Grimm on Netflix is fantastic!
Once upon a Time is good too and so is Locke & Key
