Are we at risk as a country of our leaders are sick?

Are we at risk from other countries such as Russia if it is know our PM is sick?

Makes me a bit uneasy 😩

Boris Johnson isn't solely responsible for the country so I doubt it. Corona would have to kill a fair few politicians before we were at risk of not having a functional government.
