Please make me feel better I keep worrying and I suffer from anxiety.

We have 2 positives on our ward!
We are given scrubs to wear, masks and goggles.
I'm due back to work at the end of this week, just had annual leave.
I've rang my GP and she just told me to up my antidepressants, which I have.

What I really need to know -

Is it only caught through cough and sneezing?

If I walk down corridor etc can we breath it in?

I am so careful always washing my hands and bleaching my immediate surroundings.

Please only serious answers.
I am so nervous and anxious about it.
I suffer from slight asthma but I think it's caused by anxiety.
Thank you

it Is only airborne through certain procedures eg dental work, CPAP machines, certain procedures involving the mouth and throat eg cameras etc where the it can be made into a fine aerosol otherwise the droplets are too heavy to remain in the air

A direct cough would cause droplets, these are big enough to fall out of the air probably around one metre, maybe more. It is not floating round the air in the corridors etc
Follow all the advised procedures and talk to your manager
