Does your city have areas of non compliance?

I live In Sheffield. Although some of it has been proved to be old news there are widespread pictures and reports of groups and gatherings in the Page hall and Fir Vale area.
This is presumably not only a Sheffield problem, but I have not seen or heard it reported more widely.
I don't actually know what is happening there to crack down on it but wondered if every city has these pockets of non compliance?

And instead of policing properly in page hall and firvale they are sending bloody letters, this area has always been treated with a soft touch to avoid escalating tensions it's about time they cracked down on it.

You think it might help in those two areas you are a stone's throw from a bloody great hospital but no those people are idiots.

Yep in Derby we have an area called Normanton. A predominantly Asian community. They just seem to be refusing to comply.
