maybe they live alone and have nobody to run it past why so rude?

Emcont · 05/04/2020 20:54

Are you okay? Hmm

Sparklingbrook · 05/04/2020 20:59

The answer is usually 'no' anyway. The list of things you can do is pretty clear.

CuppaZa · 05/04/2020 21:01

What @Sparklingbrook said. If you have to ask it’s usually a no.

TrainspottingWelsh · 05/04/2020 21:04

Because they are stupid? And in the case of blatant law breaking they want other stupid people to agree their plans are perfectly ok.

izzybee55 · 05/04/2020 21:10

@emcont fine doll, am I okay to reply to you?

Because they are wrestling with a dramatic shift in everyday life. They may not have anyone to work things out with.

Because they are people who think in words, not ideas. They have to talk things out to understand them or work them out.

Because Under stress, people's brains just don't work that well- they do worse at maths tests etc.

This is really stressful, you don't have to respond if you don't want to.

izzybee55 · 05/04/2020 21:21

But everyone is just saying no, so why do people need to keep asking? A quick check would confirm that anything anyone asks 'can I do this...' CV related results in a no......

I totally understand your point @picklemewalnuts but cannot agree in the excessive amount of ridiculous posts

Because we are all human. Your irritation and their need to be individually told and reassured. All human.

I'm starting to think there is something wrong with me- I'm totally rational. Excessively so. I have to damp it down to avoid offence.

We're all human. 🤷🏼‍♀️
