Why is the UK recovery rate not updating

We've been at 135 recovered for weeks, why isn't it being updated?

Also the number of deaths vs critical cases doesn't tally and suggests the portion of fit n heathy people dieing is really high, which isn't want is being reported in the news...

I believe (but could be wrong) that to be counted as "officially" recovered you need to have negative test results, and we are not testing people for that at the end of an illness.

Recovered patients data
Previous updates of the dashboard included a number of patients recovered. This figure was the number of people discharged from NHS clinical services in England following a positive test result for COVID-19 and was provided by NHS services. This statistic has proved difficult to assemble and a replacement indicator is being developed.
