Can anyone recommend online exercise videos that are suitable for 4 months post c-section? Ideally I would have spoken to the GP about what was ok but obviously don't want to waste NHS time with that now, but would really like to do some exercise each day.
I've done 30 day shred in the past and liked it, but not sure it's suitable now, I do still have some pain around my tummy and scar occasionally. Any recommendations would be great!
