Thoughts rather than concerns.
Looking at my 4 month twisn and 4 Yr d and wondering what their life would be like of this were it? If the only other people they could ever touch were us, neigh ours seen from behind a garden gate of house windows? What of those who loved more isolated who didn't have neighbours? Would dating become all online and then you apply to go into quarantine for a month at a cost of £X before you can meet and be together? Similar costs to break it down and move away.
All jobs would be remote access except key worker jobs which still need physical humans, but you'd basically live in onsite in your own little home. If you married outside your job home similar arrangements as above.
Kids all taught remotely so no interaction unless you go into a keyworkers job later on. Perhaps job contracts of a decade that you could apple to renew.
What emotionally would be the cost, how would their outlook to life be different within a generation or two?
