To think if Health Ministers can't stick to lockdown and isolation guidelines then there's no hope for the rest

Just that really!

Won't, not can't. Of course the majority can behave, and are doing. Ministers aren't less likely to be massive dickheads than the rest of us, as proven by so many of them for so long.

SansaSnark · 05/04/2020 13:04

I don't think there is no hope for the rest of us, but I do think Matt Hancock has behaved poorly.

But then, in my opinion, he's behaved poorly throughout with all the lies he has told and is telling, as well.

VivaLeBeaver · 05/04/2020 13:04

What’s he done?

VivaLeBeaver · 05/04/2020 13:06

I didn’t think Boris was being a good role model on Thursday evening when he stood outside no 10 clapping when he still had a temp. No 10 isn’t just his home,it’s a workplace for others and he shouldn’t be staying in isolated rooms.

MayTheGodsBeEverInYourFavour · 05/04/2020 13:06

I agree. Including checking on their 2nd homes. Do as I say, not as I do...

WoollySheep462 · 05/04/2020 13:07

Was it not the scotland chief medical officer who visited family, as she won't see them again during this?

And its not one rule for others, one for me!

Was it life or death. No.

WoeIsMee · 05/04/2020 13:08

I didn’t think Boris was being a good role model on Thursday evening when he stood outside no 10 clapping when he still had a temp.

Oh give over, if he hadn’t clapped there’d have been hell on.

What the Scottish health minister did though was unforgivable.

But what’s Matt Hancock done?

MayTheGodsBeEverInYourFavour · 05/04/2020 13:09

It was indeed.

VivaLeBeaver · 05/04/2020 13:15

Of course there wouldn’t have been hell if Boris hadn’t clapped. People would have thought that he was being sensible not risking others because he has coronavirus. He could have tweeted a message of support.

Toilenstripes · 05/04/2020 13:31

Everyone has to take personal responsibility and follow the rules. Just because the Scottish health minister, who should be sacked, didn’t follow the rules doesn’t give anyone else the right to do the same!
