When will Easyjet notify me of flight cancellation?

I have a flight booked at the end of April, this won't go ahead as all flights from my airport have been grounded. According to my account the flight is going ahead, I just checked in For those who have been notified of cancellation, when did the airline inform you? How long before the travel time?

Due to fly this coming Friday (10th) only notified of cancellation one week out...no email re: inbound flight a week later yet...will wait until we get that before trying to secure a refund
