How long do viruses normally last?

I’ve been at home for 3 weeks now and during the last 2 I have felt unwell on and off. I have had sinus pain, some congestion, unsettled but not upset tummy with some tunny ache , some headaches and aches in back and legs. Occasional mild sore throat and yesterday when I blew my nose there was some blood. I haven’t been sleeping well and have been snoring heavily to the point of waking myself up so I must have some congestion in there although no obvious cold.

My temperature has been at the high side of normal, not gone as high as 37.8. A few days ago i felt alot better and went out for a decent length walk. Next day I felt dreadful again. Today again feel rough.

The dc’s both had colds and mild coughs in the last week of school. I’m guessing I’ve maybe caught from them. I am slightly immunosuppressed so worry whenever get a bug.

I don’t feel unwell enough to contact docs but wondered if anyone else has felt similar recently and how long does a virus (not the cv) usually last for? I’m getting fed up now as i have no energy to
anything and feel like I’m neglecting dc’s. DH is doing pretty much everything. Thanks

Just to add I have also been very stressed lately (hasn’t everyone) as my elderly DF is not well and can’t see him and trying to cope with adjusting to wfh and doing school stuff at home. I’m wondering if being run is making it harder to shift this bug. Also had a breakout of sore facial spots which is unusual for me.
