Please may I ask a question about viral load? Does this mean that the first person in a family to catch it is more likely to have a mild case, then the rest of their family will get a stronger dose from living in close quarters?
This is assuming that people with the virus are contagious before they start to show symptoms and start to self isolate.
If that is true then I wonder if families like ours are following the wrong strategy. The adult without any pre-existing conditions has been going out to the shops and to pickup prescriptions for the more vulnerable person.
But that might backfire if the first member of the family to catch the virus is likely to get the mildest dose?
