What should I keep in mind and know before a carer comes next week?

She or he is only going to come a few hours per week, but I live in a small studio, and I don’t know what kinds of things they’ll be able to do, or how to help with risk etc. I don’t have hand sanitizer here, and I don’t even think I have bleach… Any ideas?

What is the carer going to be doing, personal care? The carer will need to wear gloves, apron and a mask. If they are not doing personal care they must stay 2 metres away from you. Can you manage your own personal care?
