In my late 20s. As far as I am aware, I have no underlying health issues. The bottom line is that I'm 99% sure I've had covid-19. I have been exposed to a lot of the public before lockdown occurred. I have posted most of my symptoms back on the "lungs" thread but just wanted to put out there my timeline:
Day 1-7: very sore throat and severe indigestion/heartburn all day and night for a whole week. I never suffer from gastro problems except when I was pregnant 3 years ago. Gaviscon didn't touch the sides.
Day 7-8: Shivery and feverish all night and first thing which subsided once I woke up, still felt chills and dizzy.
Day 8-14): throat soreness and severe indigestion has disappeared. Now I am very short of breath. I had to sit down every 2 minutes when I was walking / pottering about. I couldn't take a deep breath and was petrified and my husband almost called 111 but I managed to get my breath back. This is the first time I have suffered from any respiratory issues. Antibiotics was prescribed incase it was a chest infection. Course has finished and didn't even touch the sides. I don't think it was an infection!
Day 14-16(today): my shortness of breath has improved dramatically. It's only worse in the evenings now after being active all day and keeping busy. I was very short of breath later on but managed to get it back once I went outside in the garden for fresh air.
Throughout this, I've not had a cough at all (touch wood), or any more fever apart from that one night. Does anyone think these are mild covid signs or something else? I wish there was an antibody test available!
