Jobseeker’s Allowance

I work through an agency and have been laid off whilst this is going on. I’ve applied for jobseekers online, I got a text and an email to say I would be sent an appointment time within 7 days. It’s now 14 days.
I’m sure they are backed up but is it being so long for other people?!

Yes it is. They are moving and training staff now to get these claims moving.

Okay. I usually sign on once a year for a few weeks between placements and I often get an appointment within 24 hours.
