Not sure if I need to self isolate

Just found out my work colleague has been diagnosed with virus. I last saw her 13 days ago. I’ve had no symptoms. I’ve been going out for shopping and exercise. Do I need to isolate for one day or is there no point as I’m showing no symptoms?

It is only your colleague that need stay off. Only people who live with someone infected need to self isolate.
