I filled in the vulnerable form online and a man called me today from a volunteer group and said he can send a volunteer to collect shopping, my dd is in the extremely vulnerable group and I’m a lone parent so can’t get out to the shop and can’t leave her home alone. He is going to call back later so I can give him a list of things needed but I forgot to ask how payment works? Does anyone know that’s has used this service? Although he is calling back later I thought I would ask on here if anyone knew.
