Does anybody know how to use the GoodSam app?

I’ve registered but I don’t know how to use it. Are you allocated somebody or do you respond to anybody?

Hiya, I think calls come onto it & if you can accept the call you do so via the app. I've been on it a couple of days and haven't seen anything at all.

I also signed up to a people helping people scheme via they local council & went to do an elderly ladies shopping yesterday so maybe there's something like that near you too?
