Tesco Delivery Saver Pausing Payments

Just had an email from Tesco - they are pausing payments for delivery saver customers and refunding half the fees for March.

Really impressed with this and hope Ocado follow suit.

I only have a midweek delivery saver for Tesco but will be upgrading to anytime at the earliest chance. I have been really impressed with Tesco in my area both before and during the crisis.

They have sent me this email too

No slots available to me for next three weeks

They also cancelled my order for next week and emptied my online basket

I am assuming they are refunding the delivery saver payment as I am now going to be unable to access any online slots for the foreseeable future as they said they are keeping slots for vulnerable customers . ( assuming they are looking at people’s dates of births then cancelling if we are younger )

We are ok to go physically shopping as currently all symptom free but would be tricky if we end up needing to self isolate at any any point
