I fractured my tibial plateau and had surgery a month ago. I wasn't able to go for post surgery check up because of covid 19 but a consultation was done over the phone which was fine.
I am due to have an x ray which will decide whether I can move from non weight bearing to weightbearing. This will clear me to go back to work. I'm a senco/safeguarding in a school and really need to be there!
I'm pretty sure my x ray will be cancelled. If so, what are my options? Could I get a private x ray done? Could a consultant clear me for weightbearing over the phone?! This is a whole new territory for me...
