Have we had any update on his condition?? I would have expected him to do video/Skype briefings if he is only mild? How long has it been now??

The UK response to this is horrendous. South Korea has a similar population to the UK and is now out of lock down. Because they followed WHO advice from the start and made damn sure they chased contacts, tested extensively, and had enough ventilators and PPE.

However, I don't hold Boris entirely to blame. Much as I dislike him, my ex worked with him for a while and begrudgingly said that the man is a tosser BUT brilliant at admitting what he doesn't know and getting the people who DO know to work for him. So it seems his advice was crap.

Regardless, the man is obviously doing his best now, even if he is a fuckwit, and is ill. Anyone criticising his looks at the moment is just being bloody awful.

Are you suggesting at this point the UK government should have ordered millions of pounds worth of PPE, testing kits, ventilators and the rest of it? Or would you wait and see a bit rather than spending all that taxpayers money?

What fucking tories never seem to understand is a stitch in time saves nine.
They chronically underfunded the nhs for the past decade. They dont listen to advice because it costs money and they twat on about fucking magic money trees when anyone suggests spending money for the good of the country and everyone in it. They knew this would come. They were told. For example they were warned about not having enough ventilators in 2016.

Same with PPE - didnt want to spend the money, now more people will die. More health workers will die and no one is earning fuck all for their precious economy.
