Mild Flu symptoms or Coronavirus ?

I worked on Saturday (healthcare setting) had a temp of 37.4 - 37.7, came home took paracetamol and felt fine.

Felt rough on Sunday with flu like symptoms, achy, headache, etc.

Monday I felt fine, moved bedroom around had a good clean through the house etc.

Felt a little off yesterday but nothing too bad and today I feel awful again and have spent the day in bed. Don't have a thermometer so can't take temp but don't feel like I'm running a temp, have aches and slight cough, not persistent just now and again, sneezing and runny nose. Just realised my sense of smell and taste has vanished.

Hoping it's a bad cold, mild flu but does it seem likely that it could be Coronavirus?

My ds8 is also showing mild symptoms but seems fine after a dose of calpol.

Just to clarify I went into work feeling fine, they are taking temps to be recorded through the day and that's when we noticed mine had risen.

I’m feeling much the same this evening. My face feel hot but not to the touch and no temperature. I’ve been have mild headaches and the feeling I’m going to get an earache but don’t. Feeling a bit acidly/heartburn. And just not right. NHS 111 symptom checker just asks if you have temp or cough if not it says probably not corona

I know lots of people around where I live with the exactly the same. My ds and dh have it too.
It’s impossible to tell without testing which is so frustrating.
I would assume it was the virus!

Felt fine today. Was up this morning early and busy doing stuff but started to feel quite crap by lunchtime.

Headache and sneezy muzzy like.

Taken paracetamol but not sure if I shad a temp as couldn't find thermometer but had chill type feelings.

Energy level just slumped so spent most of the afternoon lying on sofa.
In bed now and headaches settled down with paracetamol

I had this over the weekend. Headache, sore throat, mild temperature, face felt flushed, total lethargy and a cough. It only lasted a couple of days, and except feeling a bit tired I’m back to normal now. One of my DC had a cough and sore throat the week before but was well enough to do school work, and has asthma so prone to coughs. I’m assuming it was the virus bearing in mind most people are very mild/asymptotic. Will be very interested in antibody test when it comes out.

Thanks for the replies, it's hard not knowing, I think the not knowing is making me worse as I don't know whether I should panic or not.
