Daily briefings

Hi all,

Is anyone else getting annoyed with the journalists on the daily briefing. Every question they ask is the same. Whilst I appreciate PPE and tests are of major importance but by asking the same question every time other things are being ignored!

I think they are asking the same things again and again because the answers they are getting (we are testing loads, loads of equipment) doesn’t seem to match up with reports from the frontline.

I think they feel fobbed off (and I feel the same tbh!)

@Rinoachicken I agree however them answering the same question from all 7 or so journalists give the public no additional information at all.

I don't even mind if it was asked twice but not every journalist as there is a lot more information that people want to know

I agree. Please don't let Laura Cuntsberg or Robert Peston ask any more questions on the briefings. Laura with her stupid sarcastic way of talking and Peston supposedly knowing everything about everything 🤬
