Hey guys,
What has everyone been doing during lockdown.

Tbh I've been spring cleaning as well as homeschooling my daughters.

Working.

jadey0891 · 01/04/2020 17:03

@GullibleKingdom

Yes I've been working too. I work for nhs and this week I'm on annual leave

Sleeping and eating Blush

I was already wfh so that hasn’t changed. Although I do tend to log off by 5 now for the daily briefing! No small DC but 2 adult DC now on lockdown with me! We had some teething problems at the start, but we’re all pulling together now. DD and I have been working on the garden and DS and I are having a board game tournament!

Bluewavescrashing · 01/04/2020 17:11

Watching Disney plus with my DCs.

Really pleased how many 90s classics we've found on there. Fuzzy feelings, blankets and popcorn this afternoon.

I think reliving happy memories from childhood is very good for mental wellbeing.

Also we are playing lots of board games as a family which has (mainly!) been enjoyable.

Got made redundant so being sad about that while being a SAHM to a bored 17 month old. Daily - up, breakfast, play, walk, nap, play, lunch, miss adult company, play, hand DS to DH at 5pm and have a nice sit down.

Pipandmum · 01/04/2020 17:15

Decluttering. Learning a new craft. Cooking more than I ever want to. Eating too much.
However I'm quite enjoying having my family here all the time.

Eminybob · 01/04/2020 17:20

Working from home
Homeschooling 5 yo and looking after the baby
Eating too much
Drinking too much wine
Watching too much telly
Looking at my phone far too much

Luckily dh is off at the moment, but when he goes back to work there is no chance I’ll be able to wfh and look after the kids so don’t know what we are going to do

Eminybob · 01/04/2020 17:21

Oh, need to add - far too much internet shopping.

bigchris · 01/04/2020 17:23

Going out to work most days, when I'm home hanging with the teens just chatting while we are on various devices , trying to be a cheery as possible

IceKitten · 01/04/2020 17:36

Working from home
Helping my DC with their home schooling
Reading and running more than usual

EasyTarget · 01/04/2020 17:38

Fighting with a very large jigsaw puzzle. With calming classical music in the background.

Themostwonderfultimeoftheyear · 01/04/2020 17:42

Working from home, caring for a 4yo, doing housework etc. Can't wait for Saturday and the Easter holidays as at least then I can drop the work bit and focus on enjoying some time with DS :)

jadey0891 · 01/04/2020 17:43

I feel all of your pain. Online food shopping is proving hard for me. Everywhere is booked. Hard for me to get out as my children are at high risk

I'm on day three of covid19. The cough is better but I feel worse.

jadey0891 · 01/04/2020 18:12

@LittleSweet
Sorry to hear that. I do hope you get soon.
