Centre parcs have gone off the grid

We had a centre parcs break booked for last weekend

Centre parcs emailed a couple of weeks ago to say they were having to close all parks and we'd get a refund

However, no refund has arrived, and their phone number doesn't go to anyone, and their email address just bounces

Anyone else got any experience of getting their money back from them?

Not Center Parcs but I asked for a refund for a cancelled BA flight and had an initial email saying the refund would be processed. That was a couple of weeks ago and heard nothing yet and can’t get through to them. Likewise insurance claim for cancelled accommodation.

But I think we just have to be patient. You will get your money back - it’ll just take longer than usual. All companies will have staff WFH, a number will be off sick. Everyone is in the same boat right now.
