Question about temperature?

My normal temperature is usually 36.5 degrees Celsius however it is now 37.6 and I feel really achy and headachy no cough or sore throat.
I'm off work at the moment but due to go to work essential services at the weekend so not sure what to think. Guidelines say temperatures of 37.8 is self isolating so not sure what to think?

Your temp might go up further before the weekend if it's on the rise now and you have other symptoms. I would be cautious for now.

I had the same things last week. I work in a care home and it was 37.5. I told them I'm not risking it, they agreed and I am off for a week. I felt hot in face and shivery but nothing else transpired. I wouldn't risk it personally
