My teen ds woke this morning feeling warm with a headache, he has stayed in his room and using main bathroom, everyone else is using ensuite and downstairs toilet. He gets migraines and was sick in the toilet earlier, i am besides myself with worry, does him being sick put us all at extra risk of catching it, i have a dd with a heart defect.

Does he have any of the usual Covid 29 symptoms? If you are not sure keep him in his room and practice super good hygiene until you are sure. The D Fail and social media in general are frightening us all with stories of young people dying from CV but the reality still is that even amongst the very old or people with underlying illnesses most people recover. There was a lovely piece on breakfast news today featuring high risk people who had survived the disease. We need more positive stories. I strongly advise isolating yourself from the news and sm. I , too , have a high risk DC and found myself getting more and more anxious last week. A day away from news did me the world of good. From your OP it does not sound like CV, take precautions and I hope it isn't. Best of luck.
