The U.K. work culture (within private sector) has over the year increased working hours and pay has not been increasing in line with inflation in many places.
There’s always an excuse - brexit, market crashes, etc
This pandemic will surly just be another reason to pay people less, make people work longer hours and reduce workforce?
It’s happening already before the major affects of the this pandemic have been realised so it’s just going to get worse?
