Hi all. I work in a hospice. Nationally, they are facing huge drops in funds as fundraising events are cancelled and shops are closed. Most only receive a small proportion of funding from the NHS (if at all) and rely on donations. Most of our volunteers are over 70 and ours have been asked to stay at home.
Some hospices may face closure. As staff we are doing what we can but if anyone can spare a little, they would be so grateful 😊
