They have quite a lot of people crossing the border with China, no? I’d be very surprised if it wasn’t rampaging through N Korea now.

They slammed their borders shut very early. Goodness knows what it’s like

North Korea have positioned themselves in a very specific way, I'm not sure other countries trust them enough to provide aid.
