Good evening, I have messaged Sainsburys, Tesco, Asda and Aldi but have not had any replies. I am currently shopping for my family, my mum, my MIL, my stepdad, my dad and stepmum, and aunt and uncle, all of whom are self iolating for various reasons or who are unable to get to the shops. With the restrictions in place it is very difficult and frustrating and I just wondered how others are dealing with this please? thank you

That's a long list. Are you physically able to go out and shop daily? If so, it's just lots of trips. If you are also isolating I think some of them are going to have to sort their own delivery slots or contact local groups.

I asked this question in Tesco today. Answer was I had to leave and re enter (after queuing!) for each household shop. As I was just buying for one other house, I just lumped their things in with mine but luckily none of their things meant I went over 3 items.

I went to Morrison's on saturday and did my own shopping and my parents and didn't encounter any problems. There were only a few things in store that had restrictions on how many you could buy. I put everything on the belt together and paid for it as one transaction, but I asked the cashier to sub total what my parents shopping came to.
