Morrisons delivery to parents

My parents are in their 70's & isolating due to Dads health. They tried to organise a tesco delivery but couldn't get one after trying for a few days. I am using Morrisons & got one for them on my account to their address. I was trying to add their phone number to it today & came across this in FAQ's about other addresses:

Can I have my order delivered to a different address? Yes, as long as you don't already have an order waiting to be delivered.

I have 2 more deliveries booked here before theirs on the 15th April. I dont understand what the above means, does anyone know or have experience of this?

I think it means that same day.

Just a guess but surely it means that the existing orders are in progress; ie already picked and packed? A separate order for a separate address before the packing of your own orders would presumably be fine?

Yes, I think it must mean that. Would be better to say 'as long as the order isnt waiting to be delivered'. My parents are not tech-savvy at all so I think this will be what I will be doing for them as long as I can get slots.

But it’s not your order. It’s your parents order.

So it will be fine.
