Open your windows, wide. Let the fresh air flow in.
How old are your DC?

I live in a flat by myself so no garden and my family are self isolating.

I've found video calls and lots of phone calls help when I'm not working.

Disney+, Netflix and Prime Video.

Reading books.

Playing computer games.

PE with Joe.

Sitting on my balcony and enjoying the sun.

If anyone has any other suggestions I'd appreciate them.
