Hi all, I'm really conscious of not taking up valuable NHS resources at the moment.

My Depo injection is due on 30th April, is it reasonable to ring my doctors for an appointment, they usually ask we book 1 month in advance. Or is this not classed as a necessary requirement to take up nurses time?

Theres no harm in phoning to ask as they wont be wanting unplanned pregnancies either

I'm not bothered about not having sex, well, I can cope with it anyway. But I get terrible periods and migraines if I don't have it.
