Shrewsbury Asda

Can anyone tell me what the click and collect facilities are for the Asda on Potts way. My Mum and Dad have managed to get a slot but are reluctant to go in the store and are hoping it is an external pick up point. Has anyone ever used it? Hoping for some local knowledge. Asda weren’t answering their phone today. They are vulnerable and I am not near them to help so I hope one of you lovely people might be able to.

Can't comment on Shrewsbury ASDA but assuming they are all the same or similar then ASDA donnington in Telford (superstore) has a drive thru external point, you put a code into the machine and they bring it out to you.

As above, not in Shrewsbury but our local one is a drive through on the car park.

It's an external 'drive thru' type - no need to go into store.

Yes, they bring your shopping out to you

The click and collect point is to the far left of the entrance. The staff bring it out to you.
