Robert Jenrick, hereafter known as Disinjenrick, has just explained what "Turning the tide in twelve weeks" means.
Seems some silly people wrongly assumed it meant that after twelve weeks, the tide would have turned.
What it actually means is that we must all act in the twelve week period in order that the tide will, at some unspecified point, turn.
Glad we've cleared that one up.
What silly people there are out there who don't undertsand politicospeak.
