WFH with a baby

Are you doing it? How is it going?
I've been wfh for the last few weeks with my 6 year old and have been ok to manage my work and a bit of homeschooling and giving him activities to do. It's been stressful but were managing.
From tomorrow I'll have to keep my 9 month old with me aswell (I'm not in the UK so was able to bring him to the childminder up until now)
Am I mad to think it's going to be ok? I can start a bit earlier in the morning, work a bit longer in the evening to make up any time I've lost during the day with him. Other than having to be careful about calls, is it manageable or am I deluded?

Following for interest. About to be doing the same with a 12 month old (and 3 year old). Think will be hard but doable with the 3 year old but the 12 month old needs watching/interacting with all the time really, and is going through a clingy phase. Other than when he naps, it’s going to be tricky!

It's doable.

It will be hard and work will inevitably suffer a bit, but these are extraordinary times, you can only do your best.

Do you have a DP to share the load with?

@NuffSaidSam no, he has to continue going out to work so I have the kids all day.

First day down and it was actually ok, I work 8-4, and the baby slept 8-9.30, 11.30-1, and 3 till now.
Had my lunch break between 1 and 2 so was able to give him all my attention for that hour, and other than when he had his breakfast at 9.30, the 6 year old managed to keep him entertained.

@RoseGoldEagle I hope it wont be as bad as you think, when do you start?
