Throttled internet

Anyone else’s internet connection being throttled to such a degree that they cant even listen to radio or podcasts?

Since yesterday, I havent been able to watch Netflix, Dky Go or listen to radio.

I’m in the Midlands.

Wi-Fi is showing as ok and 25 Meg which is about the norm here. Or is it. because everyone is streaming at the same time?

Check who's hooked up to your router. O routinely have to go in and boot people piggybacking it off and change the password. No idea how they're getting past the password though

Also with bt, my Netflix and VPN connections (I’m wfh) disconnect throughout the day- more so on weekdays I’ve noticed. Bt claim there are no issues but I’ve never experienced it before and assume it’s related to mass usage. One silver lining I guess is dd5 can’t just watch Netflix all day and actually has to get creative..

Exactly the same. Also BT.
Presumed as we leave for Sky tomorrow they throttled us, now I'm not so sure.

Ah, interesting that we’re all with BT. I wonder if it’s to keep communication channels open for vital services?

I noticed that I couldn't receive radio in my car today either.

I’m going to start keeping a record. I’m not going to pay for superfast broadband when I’m getting dial up speeds.
