A couple of weeks ago I managed to get a Tesco delivery slot for my elderly parents who are self isolating. I've been unable to get another despite staying up until midnight and trying several times.
I've just checked the site now and it says it's cancelled! But I've clicked on my original confirmation from them and managed to add to the order and check out again so I don't know if it really is cancelled. This is so disappointing. Has anyone else had a similar problem and can Tescos really abruptly cancel an order like this?
