Introvert quarantining with an Extrovert. Help!

So I'm stuck in lockdown with a landlord who wants to socialise constantly. This was never a problem before as he always worked away so I had the house to myself, and if not I could go and hang out at my boyfriend's place.

But now, because we're both unable to go out and see friends/family, he wants to socialise every night, watch movies together, order food together etc. I understand that he's being nice and he needs that social interaction, but its getting me down knowing that for the next 2 months we're stuck inside together and I'm going to feel rude for constantly making excuses to go up to my room. Whenever I go downstairs he'll pop out of the lounge to ask if I want to join him binge watching some Netflix series or other, and I'll either say 'yes' and I'll be stuck down there for hours, or I'll say 'no, sorry I'm going to play some online games with my friends' and he'll seem sad.

Often he wants us to drink together, and while I'm not opposed to drinking my way through quarantine, I just don't really feel comfortable getting drunk all the time with another guy when I have a long-term partner (sadly I can't move in with my partner as his place is too small and his flatmate wouldn't allow it).

Any advice?
