Gove's guidance on moving children of separated parents between households?

Cripes. I cant find this online. I know its out there.
Panicking a bit as exH being grim so brain not working well.

Can anyone steer / link me please?

Children of separated parents are allowed to love between each parents home.

He did say in GMB Last week, that they werent. Then 5 mins later on bbc confirmed they could and he 'hadnt been clear' on gmb.

He had been clear, he was wrong.

Officially they can go to each parents house.
