Should DH isolate if I am wheezy?

I’ve been getting progressively more wheezy over the past few days and today it’s really bad. I did have asthma but recent tests have shown it’s highly unlikely that I have it now. I haven’t been anywhere except to walk round the streets for two weeks now; DH has been to work and the supermarket once. He and DD are both fine. I’m coughing if I breathe in too far but it’s not constant (about once every twenty mins or so). Should we be isolating?! DH is due to work on Tuesday. If I look at the nhs online thing it just asks about constant cough and temperature, but advice from elsewhere (eg Ireland’s health dept) says to isolate if any cold symptoms at all. I don’t know what to do!

Could you have hayfever?

Are you short of breath or worried about your breathing? If so, get advice from your GP. They’re doing phone consultations. Or NHS 111.

Otherwise, in UK, technically no need to isolate unless new continuous cough or fever. Have you taken your temperature?
