Steam cleaning

Would steam cleaning be enough to get rid of any potential virus spores? Just steamed all our tooth brushes and bathroom stuff. Would steaming any groceries, tins packets etc be worth it?

I’m not sure about steam cleaning. If the virus is present, I wondered whether blasting it with the steam cleaner could cause it to be aerosolised.

Although really the heat of the steam should kill it first in theory. But I don’t think most groceries would withstand that.
If you’re concerned a clean with soapy water will do (not for veggies though).

Good point about it being aerosolised. I will carry on using a weak bleach solution.
